What is a Tire Pre-Cure Label?

Before understanding what Tire Pre-Cure Label are, let's first understand why tires need to be vulcanized.

The internal microstructure of the rubber used for tire production is linear polymer before vulcanization. It is a plastic rubber with Viscoelasticity, easy to deform, low strength, and no use value; Through vulcanization, the linear polymers within the plastic rubber undergo cross-linking reactions, forming a network of polymer materials that become highly elastic rubber with practical value. Macroscopically, it manifests as curing.

The Tire Pre-Cure Label is designed for the application of tire vulcanization technology, with a vulcanization temperature of up to 200 ℃ and even higher for short-term vulcanization. The Tire Pre-Cure Label can be vulcanized synchronously with the tire, and the barcode on the label is integrated with the tire after vulcanization, never falling off, and can accompany the entire life cycle of the tire.

The surface paper and substrate of Tire Pre-Cure Label are mainly made of polyester material, and the back glue is a multi-purpose insoluble adhesive rubber emulsion. This emulsion can provide good adhesion during the tire vulcanization process, making the label and tire bond after vulcanization without deformation or discoloration. It is also waterproof, acid resistant, alkali resistant, salt resistant, resistant to most petroleum oil stains and low fat solvents, wear-resistant, and resistant to high and low temperatures.
