During vulcanization, the rubber squeezed into the mold joint is easy to slide out, preventing the rubber from remaining in the mold joint and forming dirt. This can prevent the appearance defects of the next tire.

Application Methods
1. First application

After sandblasting and cleaning the mold, use an air duct to blow it clean. At this time, you can manually apply a cotton mask or gloves on the side wall of the mold seam. The best effect is when the mold temperature is 60 ℃. Apply the original solution.

2. Construction requirements

Apply it to the side wall of the mold gap, leaving a width of 2mm near the mold cavity. This is to prevent the coating from being squeezed out during mold closing, forming small protrusions at the mold gap, which can affect the appearance of the tire. If there is indeed a small amount of extrusion, use an art blade to repair it. After the coating dries, it can be installed and used.

3. Painting cycle

Generally, applying it once can keep the mold gaps clean for ten days. This way, we can reapply it every eight days, so that production can continue. For the second and subsequent application, it needs to be mixed with water in a ratio of 1:1-2.
