2.The Mold Heat Insulation Painting is a water-based product, non-toxic and harmless, non-flammable and explosive.

3. The Mold Heat Insulation Painting has the characteristics of long-term high temperature resistance, and is suitable for long-term use under conditions below 300 ℃.

4. The Mold Heat Insulation Painting has a low heat transfer system, which effectively prevents the heat transfer from the mold to the outside, and can effectively reduce energy consumption.It can protect employees from being scalded by hot molds. When the coating is 4-5mm thick, it can reduce the temperature by 40-50 ℃, and also reduce the temperature of the entire curing workshop.

Application Methods

Mold Heat Insulation Painting BW-1

1. Mix the product evenly before use, and add up to 200ml of water for every 10kg of product (determine whether to add water according to the coating viscosity, in principle, add water for use).

2. Before painting, please clean up the oil, rust, dust and other dirt on the equipment to be painted.

3. The recommended construction temperature is 60-80 ℃.

4. Painting method: the first layer is about 1mm; After the first layer is dry, the next layer shall be painted ,brush 4-5 times in total.

5. Drying time: 30 minutes for surface drying, 24 hours for complete drying. Do not wet or collide before drying.

6. The remaining products shall be sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, and the tools shall be cleaned in time after use.
