Product Features

1. Plant extracts as the main material, soluble in water, biodegradable, environmentally friendly, solvent-free.

2. Strong cleaning ability. In the process of using tire counterweight fluid, it can completely replace toluene, gasoline, etc., and can be used as in tire cleaning agent, which can significantly improve the adhesion between water-based counterweight fluid and tire.

3. In other tire secondary processing technology (such as solid tire foaming in the later stage, anti pricking rubber brushing in the tire, silent sponge construction in the tire, etc.), after using this product, the use of organic solvent can be cancelled.

Application Methods

Water-based Cleaning Agent

Cleaning the tire

Before the secondary construction in the tire, dip the water-based cleaning agent stock solution with sponge, which is suitable for not dripping. Repeatedly wipe the parts that need to be constructed for more than ten times, and then wipe the residue of the cleaning agent with wet cloth or wet sponge dipped with clean water. After drying, the secondary construction can be carried out.

Cleaning the equipment:

Use sponge to dip in the cleaning agent, and repeatedly wipe the contaminated part of the equipment until the dirt disappears.

Cleaning the floor:

Mix the cleaning agent 1:3 with water, and use a rag or mop to clean the rubber residue and oil stains on the floor.
